We appreciate your support and understanding in advance.

Procedure to Release Children

Parents are required to sign in their child everyday upon arrival and to leave the child in the care of a teacher. Upon leaving, notify the teacher and sign out. The child will be released only to an adult designated by the parent. Anyone picking up your child must show proper identification before the child can be released.

Withdrawal

We ask that all family's give a thirty das notice in writing, of a child's withdrawal. This gives the program time to fill the space without suffering a financial loss. This is extremely important, as tuition goes directly to pay staff salaries and operating costs.

Parent Participation

Parent involvement is important to the success and growth of your child's education. You are welcome anytime during operating hours without having to inform The Crayon Academy prior to your visit. We have the open door policy.

If a parent has a question, concern, or issue regarding the program, please don't hesitate to communicate with the director or persons in charge. Please do not send grandparents or other family member to handle issues of a sensitive nature.

If a parent should ever have a question or concern with a particular staff member we ask that the parent communicate directly with that teacher. We strongly encourage all parents to participate in your child's preschool foundation. We have parties throughout the year and our Thanksgiving luncheon please join us. This is a great way to get to know staff and other families.
